Anticimex to acquire Trima Ambiental.

Anticimex, an international modern pest control company, agreed to acquire Trima Ambiental, a chemical manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through this integration, the Trima pest control section becomes part of a large company with a national presence as a benchmark in pest control.
