Medu Capital completed the acquisition of Weir Minerals.

Medu Capital, an investment management company, completed the acquisition of Weir Minerals, an engineering solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have, over the years, made significant progress in terms of our employment equity, skills development, preferential procurement and socioeconomic development.
