PSG-backed OpusCapita Solutions, which offers financial services, agreed to acquire Analyste, an independent financial technology provider, from Verdane Capital Advisors, a private equity firm. Providence Strategic Growth will own a majority stake in the company, and Verdane will own a minority stake alongside the OpusCapita and Analyste management teams.
