Kohlberg & Company completed the acquisition of GPRS Holdings from CIVC Partners.

Kohlberg & Company, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in GPRS Holdings, which provides private utility locating and concrete scanning services, from CIVC Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Matt and his management team have done a phenomenal job of growing GPRS to become the provider-of-choice in the utility locating and structural scanning market.
