TA Associates-backed Orion Advisor Solutions, a provider of the tech-enabled fiduciary framework to financial advisors, completed the merger with Brinker Capital, an investment management company serving advisors at insurance broker-dealers and independent broker-dealers. Financial terms were not disclosed.
