Digital sevices provider MAIT Gruppe completed the acquisition of ABAS Competence Partner, an ERP service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. An important motive for the merger is to strengthen the performance in Switzerland and also for the German, Austrian and international installations through the joint increase in competence.
