St. Johns Packaging completed the acquisition of the bakery packaging business of Amcor Flexibles.

St. Johns Packaging, a vertically integrated manufacturer of flexible packaging products, completed the acquisition of the bakery packaging business of Amcor Flexibles, a UK-domiciled packaging company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Having established a strong competitive position in the North American market, this acquisition will provide us with an opportunity to replicate our business model in the world’s 2nd biggest bread bag market.
