Searchlight-backed GRP completed the acquisition of Premier Choice Healthcare.

Searchlight-backed Global Risk Partners, an insurance broker in Londo, completed the acquisition of Premier Choice Healthcare, an independent personal health insurance broker, group risk and protection specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am delighted to welcome Claire, Teresa, Richard and all the PCH team to GRP, especially as it is our first deal in the healthcare sector.
