Liontrust completed the acquisition of Architas UK from AXA for $92m.

Liontrust Asset Management, a specialist fund management company, completed the acquisition of Architas UK investment business from AXA for $92m. "This is an important strategic acquisition for Liontrust. Completing the purchase expands our distribution among financial advisers through the scale of the combined multi-asset businesses, the strength of the merged investment team, the broad range of multi-asset multi-manager portfolios and funds and enhanced client service," John Ions, Liontrust Chief Executive.
