Vie-Del Company, the oldest family-owned grape processor and supplier of bulk juices, concentrate, brandy, wine and spirits in California, agreed to acquire the Grape Concentrate business of Constellation Brands, an American producer and marketer of beer, wine and spirits. Financial terms were not disclosed.
