DBAG-backed vitronet, an Essen, Germany-based maker of glass fiber infrastructure products, completed the acquisition of CR Clemens Reuschenbach, a civil engineering company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With CR Clemens Reuschenbach we have won another specialist supplier for our group, who complements our service portfolio in the areas burst lining, drilling and pressing technology, as well as our local presence usefully.
