JMI Equity-backed CampusLogic completed the acquisition of RaiseMe from First Round Capital.

JMI Equity-backed CampusLogic, a provider of cloud-based software designed to improve financial aid at colleges and universities for both students and staff, completed the acquisition of RaiseMe, a provider of online educational services, from venture capital firms First Round Capital, Redpoint Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Teamworthy Ventures and Owl Ventures. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We believe that student financial success means students go to college knowing they can fund their education from their first day through graduation.
