JMI Equity-backed CampusLogic, a provider of cloud-based software designed to improve financial aid at colleges and universities for both students and staff, completed the acquisition of RaiseMe, a provider of online educational services, from venture capital firms First Round Capital, Redpoint Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Teamworthy Ventures and Owl Ventures.
