Watts Water Technologies completed the acquisition of Australian Valve Group.

Watts Water Technologies (Australia), a provider of plumbing, heating, and water quality products, completed the acquisition of Australian Valve Group, a company designing, developing, and marketing a range of heating control valves. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Acquiring AVG will allow us to expand our product breadth and provide greater channel access to the strategically important Australian market.
