Cinven-backed Partner in Pet Food, a European pet food manufacturer, agreed to acquire Doggy, a Swedish pet food manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. Doggy is highly complementary to PPF in its product range, geographies and distribution channels and reflects PPF’s strategy to further internationalise and grow its business and online presence.
