Synopsis

Apax Partners agreed to acquire the 49% stake in InnovAge, a healthcare provider for seniors, from Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe, a private equity firm, for c.$950m. “The PACE model really is uniquely positioned to respond in this type of scenario. Our mission is to keep frail seniors in the community for as long as possible by supporting them with wrap-around, coordinated and comprehensive health care services that are individually designed for each senior,” Maureen Hewitt, InnovAge President and CEO.
