AJ Group, A2 Partners and Rhinos Asset Management completed the acquisition of Daelim Motorcycle, a motorcycle and two-wheeled vehicle company in South Korea, for $49m. AJ Group plans to expand customer base such as franchise delivery service to secure growth engine and to nurture the company as a mobility manufacturer and service provider like Gogoro.
