Tikehau Capital to invest in Euro Group Laminations.

Synopsis

Private equity firm Tikehau Capital agreed to invest in Euro Group Laminations, which makes stators and rotors for electric motors and generators. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have signed a key partnership with Tikehau Capital, which enables us to further strengthen the company and to benefit from the opportunities offered by the major automotive brands in the electric mobility field. The Covid-19 pandemic has further accelerated the transition towards “green” mobility. Moreover, we should not forget the important stimulus coming from the other sectors where we operate," Marco Arduini, Euro Group Laminations CEO.
