Audax Renovables completed the acquisition of E.ON Energiakereskedelmi from E.ON Hungária.

Audax Renovables, an energy group, completed the acquisition of E.ON Energiakereskedelmi, a provider of commercial electricity, from E.ON Hungária, a company focused on energy networks, renewable energy, and complex energy solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. Audax Renovables expects to have a share of approximately 25% in the retail supply of electricity to Hungarian competitive SME, large industrial clients and municipalities, increasing its client portfolio by around 80k clients. Audax Renovables therefore becomes one of the most important players in Hungary for supply to these clients, which constitutes a significant progress in the Group’s geographical diversification.
