Wise Equity completed the acquisition of FIMO Group from IGI Private Equity.

Wise Equity, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of FIMO Group, a provider of telecom cable management products and accessories, from IGI Private Equity, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
