BNP Paribas-backed Arval to acquire UniCredit Leasing Fuhrparkmanagement.

BNP Paribas-backed Arval, a vehicle leasing and mobility solutions specialist, agreed to acquire UniCredit Leasing Fuhrparkmanagement, the fleet management business of UniCredit Leasing Austria.
