VL Investment, an investment company, and Samil Ecostech completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in Daelim C&S, a company engaged in manufacturing concrete pile and steel products, for $59m. "It is a dimension to organize non-core businesses. We will focus on the core petrochemicals, construction, and energy," Daelim Industrial.
