Finorpa Financiere, Bpifrance and Antoine Rocco completed the acquisition of Groupe Cabre.

Finorpa Financiere, an equity and quasi-equity firm, Bpifrance, a provider of human resources consulting services, and Antoine Rocco, a private investor, completed the acquisition of Groupe Cabre, a regional company specializing in exterior thermal insulation solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
