Porsche Informatik, a subsidiary of Porsche Holding, completed the acquisition of Dasof, a Ljubljana-based Slovenian software developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Dasof is a highly specialised software company, which has enjoyed market success for almost 30 years.
