Mobileum completed the acquisition of SIGOS from Thoma Bravo.

Mobileum, a global provider of analytics-based roaming, network security, and risk management solutions, completed the acquisition of SIGOS, an IT services provider, from Thoma Bravo. Financial terms were not disclosed. "SIGOS is a leading company with over 500 network operators in 156 countries, including the top 100 mobile networks. The company has developed an impressive suite of technology and products that deliver great value to global telecom operators," Bobby Srinivasan, Mobileum CEO.
