Committed Capital, a Dutch private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Intersteel Group, a manufacturer of design door handles with matching window closures and accessories, from 5square, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are impressed with Intersteel as an organization and the growth it has achieved in recent years.
