Apax Partners-backed Lexitas, a provider of technology-enabled litigation services, completed the acquisition of Lumen Legal, a legal staffing and outsourcing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Lumen is an excellent fit with Lexitas, the addition of this acquisition to our platform is an important continuation of our strategic expansion plans.
