FSN Capital-backed Fellowmind completed the acquisition of Bonair.

FSN Capital-backed Fellowmind, a business management consultant in Barneveld, completed the acquisition of Bonair, a software company in Warsaw. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Identifying market challenges, the situation in terms of competition and the needs of our Customer, we were looking for an optimal development path. On this path, we started cooperation with Microsoft’s foreign partners, and as a result of this cooperation we decided to join the Fellowmind Group which is the leading partner of Microsoft Business Applications in Europe," Bonair.
