Sonnedix completed the acquisition of Eliantus from JZI and Elliott.

Sonnedix, the global independent solar power producer, completed the acquisition of Eliantus, a 74.7MW solar PV portfolio in Spain, from private equity firms JZ International and Elliott Management.
