Bell Textron, a manufacturer and distributor of helicopters and tilt rotor aircraft, agreed to acquire Zhenjiang Aerochine Aviation, a provider of helicopter maintenance, repair and overhaul services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Bell is known worldwide for its industry-leading support and services, and this milestone will enhance our award-winning customer service in China.
