Carlyle-backed Euro Techno Com completed the acquisition of Comtec Cable Accessories.

Carlyle-backed Euro Techno Com, a telecoms maintenance equipment company, completed the acquisition of Comtec Cable Accessories, one of the value-added distributors of telecom and IP equipment to both the carrier and enterprise markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. For Comtec, the transaction provides additional offerings for its customers, particularly in the areas of product design, technical services, supply chain management services and logistics outsourcing for telecommunications service providers.
