Fjordkraft completed the acquisition of Innlandskraft from Eidsiva and Gudbrandsdal for $156m.

Fjordkraft Holding, a multiutilities company, completed the acquisition of Innlandskraft, an electricity distribution company, from utility companies Eidsiva and Gudbrandsdal for $156m. The acquisition further strengthens Fjordkraft’s position as the leading electricity retailer in Norway, with an estimated market share of 27% after the transaction.
