Auctus Capital Partners to invest in Profiltubi.

Private equity firm Auctus Capital Partners agreed to invest in Profiltubi, an Italian company that has been producing electro-welded steel pipes. Financial terms were not disclosed. Auctus aims to strengthen the presence of Profiltubi on all markets, expanding the range of products through new investments and improving the efficiency of existing plants.
