Private equity firm TowerBrook Capital Partners completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Talan Group, an IT service management company, from Capza, a private investment platform, for $331m. “TowerBrook’s investment in Talan underlines the relationship of trust between our teams, the common commitment to address the social and environmental issues and our shared ambition to establish Talan as a leading player of the digital transformation globally.
