Benta Pharma completed the acquisition of Famar Lyon from KKR.

Lebanese pharmaceutical company Benta Pharma completed the acquisition of Famar Lyon, a pharmaceutical factory, from KKR. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition of the French factory will offer a global perspective for the Lebanese pharmaceutical industry and will provide us with big production capacities and will allow us to enter new markets globally," Bernard Tannoury, BPI CEO.
