RedBird-backed Constellation Affiliated Partners, a New York-based insurance consolidator platform, completed the investment in Allstar Financial, an insurance underwriting company. Financial terms were not disclosed. RedBird has been active in the financial institutions space with deals to buy alternative asset management platform Vida Capital and life insurance-focused asset manager Avmont.
