Taxim Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Doganay Gida, a Turkey-based manufacturer of non-carbonated beverages, sauces and vinegars. Financial terms were not disclosed. Under Taxim's ownership, Doganay plans to accelerate its growth. The deal constitutes Taxim's sixth investment.
