Castik Capital-backed AddSecure to acquire iZafe.

Castik Capital-backed AddSecure, a European provider of premium solutions for secure data and critical communications, agreed to acquire iZafe, a provider of personal alarms that increase safety in the workplace and among the customers are over 90 municipalities and several large companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "iZafe’s personal alarms and other security and safety solutions complement AddSecure's product portfolio perfectly and strengthen our position as the leading provider of personal safety and solutions for lone workers in Sweden," Stefan Albertsson, AddSecure CEO.
