Private equity firm Capital Export completed the investment in Proconect, a designer and distributor of industrial outlets. Financial terms were not disclosed. "After many years spent developing Proconect, I can't wait to give this new impetus. I am convinced that Capital Export will provide significant support to our ambitions growth, especially internationally, but also in the identification and implementation of acquisitions relevant, both in France and abroad," Béatrice Barokhel, Proconect Director.
