Gauge Capital-backed Circa, a compliance solutions provider, completed the acquisition of America's Job Exchange, a provider of diversity recruitment and OFCCP compliance technology solutions in the US. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of America's Job Exchange is an important strategic step for Circa.
