Kingspan Group to acquire Wetterbest and TeraSteel from Teraplast for $98m.

Kingspan Group, a building materials company, agreed to acquire Wetterbest, a roofing company, and TeraSteel, a manufacturer of construction materials, from Teraplast, a Romanian plastic items and terracotta tiles manufacturer, for $98m. "This transaction will add value to our shareholders, which include the largest pension funds in Romania. At the same time, it shows that the TeraPlast share is undervalued even at the current market capitalisation," Alexandru Stanean, TeraPlast CEO.
