Sonnedix, a global independent solar power producer, completed the acquisition of six solar plants from Silver Ridge Power Italia, which develops, constructs and operates utility-scale PV plants. Financial terms were not disclosed. “These acquisitions contribute to Sonnedix’s growth in Italy, and take us further towards our goal to build a bright future.
