Quadrant Private Equity-backed Probe Group to merge with Stellar.

Quadrant Private Equity-backed Probe Group, the consulting and digital enablement company, agreed to merge with Stellar, an Australian business process outsourcing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Stellar has enjoyed significant success and growth over its 22-year history and we see this merger as the natural next stage in our evolution.
