Windrose Health Investors completed the acquisition of Caregiver from DW Healthcare.

Windrose Health Investors, a healthcare investor, completed the acquisition of Caregiver, a provider of intermediate, home and residential care to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, from DW Healthcare, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have evaluated many businesses in this sector and have identified Caregiver as the premier platform.
