Battle Investment Group to acquire Oceus Networks.

Battle Investment Group, an Atlanta-based private investment firm, agreed to acquire Oceus Networks, a telecommunications company that provides mobile and fixed broadband network infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This infusion of capital gives us more opportunity to advance 5G systems and applications, contributing to expanded product development, enhanced cybersecurity architecture, and holistic communications solutions,” Jeff Harman, Oceus Networks President.
