Strata Decision Technology completed the acquisition of Enterprise Performance Systems from Allscripts Healthcare Solutions for $365m.

Strata Decision Technology, a financial analytics company, completed the acquisition of Enterprise Performance Systems, a provider of financial decision-making support and planning tools for hospitals and health systems, from Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, an information technology company, for $365m.
