Eurazeo PME to acquire a majority stake in UTAC CERAM from FCDE and CCFA.

Private equity firm Eurazeo PME agreed to acquire a majority stake in UTAC CERAM, an independent group, global provider of homologation and testing services for vehicles and equipment, from FCDE and CCFA. The transaction will allow Eurazeo PME to hold the majority of the capital along with the current shareholders FCDE, CCFA, directors and key executives.
