First Brands Group completed the acquisition of Brake Parts and Champion Laboratories.

First Brands Group, an automotive parts manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Brake Parts, a manufacturer of brake products and Champion Laboratories, a filtration manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to add Raybestos and Luberfiner comprehensive product lines to our market-leading portfolio of aftermarket brands. Both Raybestos® and LuberFiner® are important and natural complements to our current vehicle maintenance and vehicle repair product solutions.
