ReFocus Eye Health completed the acquisition of OptiCare Eye Health & Vision Centers.

ReFocus Eye Health, an eye care provider, completed the acquisition of OptiCare Eye Health & Vision Centers, an eye care center in Waterbury, Connecticut. Financial terms were not disclosed.
