Astec to acquire Concrete Equipment Company and BMH Systems.

Astec Industries, a manufacturer of specialized equipment for asphalt road building, aggregate processing and concrete production, agreed to acquire Concrete Equipment Company and BMH Systems, two full-line concrete batch plant manufacturers. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very pleased to welcome CON-E-CO and BMH Systems to Astec.
