Reset Energy to acquire Heroes Energy Solutions.

Reset Energy, a conceptual design, equipment packaging and turnkey installation company, agreed to acquire Heroes Energy Solutions, a manufacturer and packager of modular gas treating and conditioning equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This reorganization will allow us to take Reset Energy from a premier plant design and fabrication company to a diversified business capable of providing turnkey solutions from conceptual design to commissioning.
